Scott Tracey Chief Executive Officer
Scott has more than 28 years of experience in the packaging and materials industry. Prior to kp, Scott was President - Health, Hygiene and Specialty Division of Berry Global after their successful acquisition of AVINTIV (formerly named PGI). Scott led the integration of AVINTIV into Berry Global, and subsequently led the now ~$3B Division for more than 3 years after the acquisition. Prior to this role at the company, Scott held various P&L leadership roles of increasing scale around the globe for AVINTIV including President - North America, President - Americas, & SVP-GM - EMEA. Earlier in his career, Scott worked in the packaging industry for SOLO Cup Co., Sweetheart Cup Co., and Anchor Packaging where he built his extensive education in extrusion, thermoforming, molding, printing, product development, and commercial excellence associated with various product applications and fragmented markets.
Adam Barnett President Food Packaging
Adam, with over 20 years of experience in the Plastics Industry, joined LINPAC in 1998 as a senior Key Account Manager and has since held roles of increasing responsibility in the company. Prior to this, he started his career in the construction industry with Masco Corp, heading the Public Sector Commercial in Sales. Adam’s time at Klöckner Pentaplast (nee LINPAC) has seen him progress through a number of roles; Director of Marketing in 2006, VP Marketing & Innovations in 2008 and later in 2011, VP Global Sales. In 2014, Adam was appointed MD - Global Films and France and by 2015 was promoted to MD of Northern Europe. Adam’s responsibilities grew rapidly, as by 2016 he was MD to UK and Ireland to the previous Divisional Responsibility. With his vast experience across the business, Adam was appointed President of the Specialties division in 2018 to assist in the transition of kp’s acquisition of LINPAC.
Frederic Blanc Chief Procurement Officer
Frederic has many years of experience in procurement roles and spent fifteen years at Reckitt Benckiser Group plc, a British multinational consumer goods company, producer of health, hygiene and home products, with operations in around 60 countries and its products sold in almost 200 countries. At Reckitt Benckiser Frederic held a variety of Procurement roles and contributed to critical global sourcing initiatives, most recently holding the position of Global Purchasing Director, Supply Chain Spend. Frederic graduated from CEFIRE, Bordeaux (France) with a BA in Business Management and he also holds a Master’s degree in International Procurement from M.A.I. Bordeaux Business School.
Frederic Jung Chief Financial Officer
Frederic is a highly-seasoned financial executive with over 30 years experience in Europe and in the US. He has worked in the specialty chemicals, waste management and construction sectors in both public and private businesses, including major multinationals, start-ups, turnarounds and rapid growth companies. He has been Executive Vice President and CFO of Northwest Hardwoods Inc. since June 2016. Previously he served as Vice President and CFO of Arizona Chemical from 2008 to 2016 at which time the company was successfully sold to Kraton Polymer. Prior to joining Arizona Chemical, he spent 8 years with the $4 billion global producer of specialty chemicals and services Nalco Company (2000 to 2008). He ultimately served as Corporate Controller of Nalco, after being the CFO for Nalco’s EMEA operations, and its Assistant Controller M&A. Prior to joining Nalco he held several positions with Bombardier Aerospace, Waste Management, Inc. and SAE Americas, Inc. He is a graduate of Ecole Superieure Libre de Sciences Commerciales Appliquées, Paris, France and holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut, USA. Frederic will start as CFO for the kp Group as of October 1st 2018.
Rob Lence General Counsel
Robert, who has more than 30 years of experience in the chemical industry, joined the Klöckner Pentaplast Group in 2016 as General Counsel. Prior to joining Klöckner Pentaplast, Robert was General Counsel and Board Secretary of Arysta LifeScience, an agricultural, health and nutrition science business operating in more than 60 countries. From 1991 through 2002, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Huntsman Corporation, a global chemical manufacturing business with sales in more than 40 countries. Robert was in private law practice from 1982 to 1991, specializing in corporate and commercial matters for manufacturing and other business clients. Robert holds an A.B. degree in Economics with honors from Stanford University and a J.D degree from the University of Southern California, where he served on the editorial board of the Southern California Law Review.
Christian Moeller Chief Human Resources Officer
Christian Moeller is Chief Human Resources Officer of kp. Previous to joining kp, Christian spent 27 years of his career in the automotive industry. He has worked with Opel, General Motors in several local, regional and global roles within Human Resources and Labour Relations. Most recently he was the global HR leader for the automotive interiors business of Johnson Controls and later the Yanfeng Automotive Interiors joint venture. Christian has lived and worked in Germany, Switzerland, Italy, United States & China. He holds a Law Degree from Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany and has completed the German Bar Exam.
Tracey Peacock President Pharma, Health & Specalties
Tracey has 25 years of experience managing global businesses in diverse sectors, from oil and gas, aerospace and automotive to consumer electronics and medical device. She began her career at 3M Canada as an application engineer, moving to the US to join Dyneon, a global joint venture between 3M Company and Hoechst focused on fluoropolymer development and manufacturing. From there, she held roles of increasing responsibility across five of 3M Company’s thirty-five divisions, primarily focused on global business management in 3M’s more R&D-intensive divisions. In 2011 Tracey joined ITT Corporation as Vice-President and General Manager of their electro-mechanical connector division. In 2014 she joined Atkore International as Vice President and General Manager, managing three businesses in the Mechanical Products and Solutions Division. Tracey earned a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology and Biophysics from the University of Toronto. Tracey joined kp as President of the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Division in May 2017.
Alan Richards Chief Operational Officer
Alan has more than 30 years operations experience in international companies at a global scale. He has worked in various industry sectors across many countries and cultures, including USA, Africa and Europe. Alan has a strong proven track record in operational leadership & P&L responsibility, project management and lean thinking in end-to-end supply chain solutions in FMCG manufacturing, branded goods, food, pharma, cosmetics and industrial components. Alan’s previous role was as Vice President Value Chain Optimisation at LEGO, UK, and previous to that as Group Operations Director at Essentra Plc, UK. He covered several Senior Director roles at Mars Incorporated in different international locations and had prior to that other Senior roles in various companies, The Wrigley Company - USA, Wrafton Labs - UK, Swallowfield International Plc - UK and DeBeers Consolidated Mines in Central Africa. Alan has an MBA from the University of Bath, a P.Dip (L) from the University of Exeter and a GCC Mines from the University of Pretoria, and a B.Eng from University of Wales.
