Scott has 30 years of experience in the packaging and materials industry, with a solid track record in the improvement and growth of global businesses, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions. 
Before joining kp, he led the integration of AVINTIV into Berry Global after their acquisition of the company, and subsequently led the ~$3B Division for more than 3 years. Earlier in his career, Scott held various business leadership P&L roles of increasing scale around the globe for large-scale brands such as Berry Global, SOLO Cup Co., Sweetheart Cup Co. and Anchor Packaging. Scott is renowned in the industry for significantly growing businesses through both large-scale capital expansions, as well as multiple large acquisitions and integrations. Leveraging the best talent and driving commercial and productivity excellence into organizations has remained a focal point throughout his career. 
Adam Barnett - President Food Packaging

With over 20 years of experience in the plastics industry, Adam joined LINPAC in 1998 as a Senior Key Account Manager and has since held roles of increasing responsibility in the company.

Prior to this, he started his career in the construction industry with Masco Corp, heading the Public Sector Commercial in Sales. Adam’s time at Klöckner Pentaplast (née LINPAC) has seen him progress through a number of roles: Director of Marketing in 2006; Vice President Marketing and Innovations in 2008; and later in 2011, Vice President Global Sales. In 2014, Adam was appointed Managing Director Global Films – France and by 2015 was promoted to Managing Director – Northern Europe. Adam’s responsibilities grew rapidly, as by 2016 he was Managing Director – UK and Ireland with the previous Divisional Responsibility. With his vast experience across the business, Adam was appointed President of the Specialties division in 2018 to assist in the transition of Klöckner Pentaplast’s (kp) acquisition of LINPAC.

Jorg has over 25 years of experience in global executive leadership roles and board positions for manufacturing businesses serving medical device, pharmaceutical, industrial and the automotive markets.
Jorg has a solid track record of generating organic growth, building global teams and leading through structured management processes. He has significant experience with M&A and executing buy&build strategies in various markets including the Americas, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Klöckner Pentaplast, Jorg held roles as President – Bemis Healthcare Packaging, President & CEO of Freudenberg Medical, as well as various external Board of Director assignments. Jorg holds an MSC (Dipl.-Ing.) in Mechanical Engineering and a PHD (Dr.-Ing.) in Engineering from the University of Technology RWTH Aachen, Germany.
Frederic Jung - Chief Financial Officer

Frederic is a highly seasoned financial executive with over 30 years’ experience in Europe and in the US. He has worked in the specialty chemicals, waste management and construction sectors in both public and private businesses, including major multinationals, start-ups, turnarounds and rapid growth companies.
He has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Northwest Hardwoods Inc. since June 2016. Previously Frederic served as Vice President and CFO of Arizona Chemical from 2008 to 2016 at which time the company was successfully sold to Kraton Polymer. Prior to joining Arizona Chemical, he spent eight years with the $4 billion global producer of specialty chemicals and services Nalco Company (2000 to 2008). He ultimately served as Corporate Controller of Nalco, after being the CFO for Nalco’s EMEA operations, and its Assistant Controller Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Prior to joining Nalco he held several positions with Bombardier Aerospace, Waste Management, Inc. and SAE Americas, Inc. He is a graduate of Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées (ESLSCA), Paris, France and holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut, USA. Frederic entered the role of CFO for the kp Group in October 2018.

Before joining Klöckner Pentaplast (kp), Linda spent over 30 years of her career in global Human Resources and Talent Management. She has significant experience across a range of industries and has worked for global organisations across various geographies, including South Africa, South America, Australia, the FSU and Europe.
Most recently, she worked for premier British motoring association the AA and prior to that she held the position of CHRO for SIG plc. Linda speaks several languages including French, German and Spanish and is an Associate of the Institute of Linguists. Having graduated from Napier University in Scotland, Linda has been a Fellow of the CIPD since 2011.
Alan Richards - Chief Operations Officer

Alan has more than 30 years of operations experience in international companies at a global scale. He has worked in various industry sectors across many countries and cultures, including USA, Africa and Europe.
Alan has a strong, proven track record in operational leadership and profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, project management and lean thinking in end-to-end supply chain solutions in FMCG manufacturing, branded goods, food, pharma, cosmetics and industrial components. Alan’s previous role was as Vice President Value Chain Optimisation at LEGO, UK, and before that as Group Operations Director at Essentra Plc, UK. He covered several Senior Director roles at Mars Incorporated in different international locations and prior to that had other senior roles in various companies: The Wrigley Company – USA; Wrafton Labs – UK; Swallowfield International Plc – UK; and DeBeers Consolidated Mines – Central Africa. Alan has an MBA from the University of Bath, a PGDip (L) from the University of Exeter, a GCC Mines from the University of Pretoria and a BEng from University of Wales.

Tony Harrison  - Chief Procurement Officer

Tony has extensive international experience in Procurement, with high spend responsibility. He has been responsible for building Procurement strategies, collaborating across Business Unit and Functional lines with leadership of global teams.
Before joining kp he worked for 14 years in the plastic converting sector as VP Procurement at PACCOR, VP President Global Materials Sourcing at Coveris, and VP Global Sourcing at Global Closure Systems. Prior to that he held several senior Procurement positions at Technicolor-Thomson, SmithKline and Black & Decker. Tony holds a CIPS qualification and a Diploma in Production Control.
