Cooling tower and pipe insulation films

Pentalan® films for cooling tower media provide enhanced wet-out bonding along with easy formability. The films withstand high temperatures, are extremely stiff, and come in a range of surfaces and colors.

Isogenopak® is a rigid vinyl film designed to wrap around industrial pipe insulation. The film’s inherent curl means it covers pipes quickly, reducing installation time especially with overhead piping. Its smooth, light grey surface creates an elegant finished look that resists damage from acids, alkalis, salts, and aliphatic hydrocarbons. As a protective surface, the film is impervious to gases, grease, and oil, and is virtually impermeable to water vapor.

The key to effective filter media is to maximize the surface area over a certain volume. Our films support wastewater trickling systems by providing the proper media for microorganism growth.
