Klöckner Pentaplast Group files registration statement in connection with proposed initial public offering

Kleopatra Holdings 2 S.C.A., the holding company for the Klöckner Pentaplast Group (the “Company”), announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Goldman, Sachs & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers and representatives of the Underwriters. BofA Merrill Lynch, Baird and Jefferies are also serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
