Color combinations are extremely important for a room to flow well and are one of the decisive factors in successful designs. To make color selection easier we have developed an innovative color matrix and arranged them to show how they may be combined with one another. These color harmonies will satisfy the needs of a wide variety of markets and life styles.

My job is to improve the lives of the people who operate the slitting machines by making their work easier. We look at how processes can be changed to make them more efficient.I do a lot of movement studies, tracing out the steps people take as they work, which is a good way of figuring out where the inefficiencies lie.

I’m running the biggest project of my career and one of the most important kp has undertaken – assessing the quality of everything the company does. Every site, every product, everything that goes in and out of those sites. We’re going through all of it to see how good we are. It’s so important to the company’s success because remanufacturing costs are too high and we want to always deliver the best to our customers.

Every day people get medical treatments all over the world and needless to say it is very important that these treatments are done in a protected and sterile environment. The packaging of medical devices used during the procedures play an integral role.

Whatever comes into the kp factory from abroad, I’m responsible for it. I work with food and consumer products, and everything from the raw materials we use to make the products to machine parts passed across my desk. I love it. I can get anything we need from anywhere in the world.

I joined kp in 2004 as an apprentice chemical assistant in one of the labs, straight from school. Seventeen years later and I’m responsible for our entire pharmaceutical product line, products that are produced all over the world in 14 of our factories.
