Sustainability has been a priority at kp for many years, but we’re committed to moving the dial faster – for the sake of our business and stakeholders, and because it’s imperative we address the impending climate crisis and play our part in creating a more just and equitable society.

Our world economy is currently only approximately 9% circular, which means nearly all the resources used are not recycled back into the economy after use. Therefore, contributing to a circular economy and dealing with raw materials in a respectful way is key to a good stewardship of the environment. With our vision “Sustainable protection for everyday needs” kp aims to address good stewardship practices through our products.

Individual appearance is key nowadays. Special looks and designs not only allow an expression of ourselves but also give the opportunity to stand out and differentiate which is desirable for all kinds of markets.

My job is to get raw materials where they’re needed. Raw materials come in on the railway and have to be pumped out of the rail cars into our silos.

This is my dream job. Taking it was the best decision I ever made. Why? Because I love working with people and that’s what this job is about. HR is at the centre of everything that happens here at kp’s Gendorf site.

I’ve have had the pleasure of working as the Head of Customer Service at our Crumlin site in Wales for almost 20 years.
