1. Application submission

Candidates are required to submit their applications through our online application portal.

2. Application review

Our Talent Acquisition or HR team carefully reviews every application received, assessing individual qualifications, skills, and experience.

3. Initial screening

Candidates who meet the qualifications are selected for an initial screening process, which may include phone or video interviews. This stage assists us in gaining a better understanding of the candidates and assessing their suitability for the role.

4. First-round interviews

Candidates selected from the long list are invited for a Teams or a face-to-face interview (depending on the role) with the Hiring Manager and usually the HR Manager. These interviews aim to evaluate technical skills, cultural alignment, and growth potential within our organisation. Some parts of the interview will include competencybased questions.

5. Second-round interviews

The final two - three candidates are invited to a second-stage interview where they will have the opportunity to meet with other senior stakeholders within the business. Depending on the seniority of the role, certain recruitment processes may encompass more than two interview stages.

6. Decision making

After considering all the relevant information collected throughout the recruitment process, we will determine the suitability of the candidate for the role.

7. Offer extension

When a candidate is chosen, we initially extend a verbal offer, shortly followed by a formal one, including details about compensation, benefits, commencement date, and other relevant information.

8. Reference checks

We carry out reference checks for the chosen candidate, with their consent, to verify their professional history and gain insights from previous employers or colleagues.

9. Onboarding

Once the offer is accepted, we initiate the onboarding process, This involves completing essential paperwork, arranging access to systems and tools, and providing information to help the new employee transition smoothly into their new role.
