Pentapharm® kpNext® RB5.1 expands the kpNext® RB5 platform by adding a significantly enhanced oxygen barrier for formulations sensitive to oxidative degradation. While maintaining the same reliable moisture protection, RB5.1 incorporates a functional EVOH barrier layer within its polypropylene structure and remains a Plug & Play solution for existing blister packaging lines. Designed for compatibility with the #5 recycling stream and engineered PFAS free, it supports high product protection with the operational simplicity of PP blister packaging.

Pentapharm® kpNext® RB5 is a polypropylene-based blister film designed to combine reliable barrier performance with compatibility with the #5 recycling stream. Engineered as a Plug & Play solution, it runs seamlessly on existing blister packaging lines while delivering consistent thermoforming performance comparable to conventional materials.
