We are proud to report the continued progress and success of our Growing Horizons - Managerial Programme, part of the Horizons Development Programmes.
Growing Horizons is a leadership development programme designed to equip our managers with the skills required to lead their teams proactively and effectively. Aimed at those who currently manage people, those aspiring to be managers, or individual contributors who interact with stakeholders, this programme ensures that everyone taking part develops a comprehensive toolkit for effective team or stakeholder management. Our latest cohort joined a session held in London in mid-March.
Growing Horizons delves into essential management domains and the distinct challenges of guiding teams in hybrid and remote environments. This programme is crafted to reinforce our managers' capabilities, equipping them with the depth and breadth of expertise necessary for comprehensive leadership. This, in turn, nurtures high-performing teams poised to realise their utmost potential.
To date, our programme has successfully taken 108 managers through the training, with our external partner, Think Catalyst, delivering professional support.
We also established an Alumni group in February 2023; this Teams Group allows for the sharing of best practices, learning resources, and open discussion. Our alumni continue to receive quarterly learning recommendations via the kp Academy.
