High-performance rigid materials for demanding packaging applications

Our packaging solutions are built on a foundation of material expertise. We work with a range of high-performance polymers - each selected for its unique properties and suitability for specific applications. This section focuses on our rigid materials, including PET, PS, PE, PP, and PVC—each offering distinct advantages in terms of strength, clarity, barrier performance, and recyclability. Whether you're seeking lightweighting opportunities, enhanced product protection, or improved sustainability, our material portfolio is designed to meet the technical and regulatory demands of modern packaging

🧴PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)

Clarity | Strength | Recyclability
PET offers excellent transparency, durability, and barrier properties—ideal for fresh food packaging. Widely recyclable and available in recycled grades (rPET), it supports circular packaging goals.

🧊 PS (Polystyrene)

Rigidity | Thermoformability | Cost-Efficiency
PS is a lightweight versatile material and when in expanded format can provide value added properties such as absorption or thermal insulation.. Common in overwrap and takeaway food trays, it’s valued for its formability and affordability.

♻️ PE (Polyethylene)

Sealability | Flexibility | Moisture Resistance
PE is used in rigid structures for its sealing strength and durability. It performs well in moisture-sensitive applications and is often used in multi-layer formats.

🔥 PP (Polypropylene)

Heat Resistance | Microwavable | Recyclability
PP is ideal for hot-fill and microwaveable packaging. It’s lightweight, durable, and supports mono-material packaging strategies for improved recyclability.

🧷 PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)

Barrier Performance | Formability | Visibility
PVC provides strong protection and excellent clarity. While less commonly recycled, it remains valuable in applications requiring high barrier and formability.
