Pentacard overlay films

Overlay films are available in the industry’s widest range of thicknesses. Need options? Overlay films may be ordered in coated or uncoated rolls or sheets, and adhesive coatings are available. The films may be thermoprinted and laser engraved. We also offer special temperature resistant (low & high VICAT) films.

Benefits

  • Conventional and UV inks adhere beautifully to our films
  • Colour consistency before and after lamination, along with high clarity and superior graphic visibility
  • Production parameters tightly controlled to avoid gauge bands, pinholes and other contamination
  • Card films exceed ISO standards for bond strength when properly processed through a standard stack lamination press
  • Overlay films are designed to minimise laking (air entrapment) during lamination
