Under the recommended storage conditions, the typical physical properties of kp card films practically do not change within the warranty period of six months.
- Card films should be stored at temperatures below 30°C and relative humidity of less than 70%. Do not expose to weather, particularly sunlight.
- Store films in the original packaging. Rolls should be stored suspended or upright.
- Before using rigid films, they must be conditioned at the temperature and humidity prevailing in the processing area. In certain cases, this requires at least 24 hours.
- The essential property flatness can change considerably with increased storage time, depending on the film grade, length of roll, and storage conditions. To preserve optimum flatness, it is recommended that the material be processed within a period of eight weeks from the date of delivery.
