Dr. Christian Holtmann serves as a member of the management board since June 2011. He is CEO of the kp Group. From 2007 to 2011, Dr. Holtmann served as CEO of PolymerLatex GmbH. Based in Marl, Germany, PolymerLatex is a world leader in synthetic latex disposition. In 2003, he joined PolymerLatex as CFO where he was responsible for finance/controlling, HR, IT, purchasing, Q&S, and administration. Prior to 2003, Dr. Holtmann held CFO positions for a variety of public- and privately-owned companies in the IT, textile, and machinery industries, such as Singulus Technologies AG, MSH International AG, and Gardeur GmbH. He began his career in finance and controlling positions for Corning GmbH and Memorex Telex AG.

Dr. Markus Hölzl has served as a member of the management board since April 2010. He is chief financial officer of the Klöckner Pentaplast Group. Dr. Hölzl served as interim CFO for the kp Group from November 2008 to March 2010. From May 2006 to March 2010, he was a senior director with AlixPartners GmbH in Munich, Germany, where he was responsible for financial and operational restructuring projects and interim management assignments. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Dr. Hölzl held a number of CFO and COO positions in international, private, and stock listed companies, such as Carnaud Metalbox, Triumph-Adler, and CineMedia. He began his career as a strategic consultant at Bain & Company and Quantum Management.

Michael F. Tubridy has served as a member of the management board since July 2003. He is president and chief operating officer of Klöckner Pentaplast/Americas, since summer 2005 and is responsible for the daily operations of Klöckner Pentaplast of America, Inc., and its subsidiaries. In 2003, he was appointed president. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Tubridy served as executive vice president for Klöckner Pentaplast of America, Inc. From 1997 to 2000, he was vice president of sales and marketing. Mr. Tubridy initially joined Klöckner Pentaplast of America, Inc., in 1994 as marketing manager and was later appointed director of sales and marketing.

Stefan Brandt is president and chief operating officer of Klöckner Pentaplast/Europe, since December 2011 and is responsible for the daily operations of Klöckner Pentaplast GmbH & Co. KG, and its subsidiaries. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Brandt served as managing director and a member of the Management Board of PolymerLatex GmbH (now Synthomer Deutschland GmbH), a world leader in synthetic latex dispersions, headquartered in Marl, Germany. From 2005 to 2006, he was vice president of PolymerLatex responsible for global sales, marketing, logistics, and application engineering. In 2005, Mr. Brandt served as vice president for AlixPartners in Germany after five years with Bain & Company Germany, where he focused on strategy development, sales and profitability enhancement, and turnaround and restructuring. Mr. Brandt began his career at Andersen Consulting GmbH (now Accenture) as a consultant.

Dr. Hans-Joachim Kogelnik has served as a member of the management board since September 2008. He is Chief Technology Officer of Klöckner Pentaplast Group since December 2011 and is responsible for directing all global operations, technology, and innovation activities of the company. In 2008, Dr. Kogelnik was appointed president and chief operating officer of Klöckner Pentaplast/Europe. Prior to 2008, he was officer of the specialty chemical company, Lanxess, headquartered in Leverkusen, Germany. From 2005 to 2007, he was Global Head of the business unit Lustran Polymers and, in this function, Chairman of the Board of the Indian legal entity Lanxess ABS Ltd. (listed on the Indian Stock Exchange). From 2002 to 2005, he served as Head of Global Operations Styrenics for Bayer Polymers (later renamed Bayer Material Science). From 2007 until joining Klöckner Pentaplast, he was a member of the Advisory Board of Ineos ABS, a joint venture of Lanxess and Ineos. From 1988 to 2002, he held various positions at Bayer AG throughout the world including 9 years at Bayer Corporation in the USA.
